Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher)

Select the Tools menu
Select Internet Options
Select the Privacy tab
Click Default or Move slider bar down a notch or 2 to Medium
Click the OK button to accept the values of the settings dialogue
Click OK to save the Internet Options settings
Click the Refresh button on your browser

Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or higher)

Select the Tools menu
Select Internet Options
Select the Security tab
Select Internet
Click the Customer Level button
Select Cookies
Click the Enable button
Click the OK button to accept the values of the settings dialogue
Click OK to save the Internet Options settings
Click the Refresh button on your browser

Macintosh Internet Explorer (version 5.1 or higher)

Select the Edit menu
Select Preferences
Expand Receiving Files
Select Cookies
Select an option other than Never Accept
Available options are Never Ask, Ask for each site, Ask for each cookie
Click Okay
Click the Refresh button on your browser

Netscape (version 6.1 or higher)

Select the Edit menu
Select Preferences
Expand Privacy and Security
Select Cookies
Click the Enable All Cookies radio button
Click OK to update Preferences
Click the Reload button on your browser

Netscape Communicator (version 4.76 or higher)

Select the Edit menu
Select Preferences
Select Advanced
Click the Accept All Cookies radio button
Click OK to update Preferences
Click the Reload button on your browser


Macintosh Netscape (version 6.2 or higher)

Select the Edit menu Select Preferences Expand Privacy and Security Select Cookies Select the Enable Cookies radio button Click Okay Click the Refresh button on your browser


America Online (version 7.0)

Select Settings
Select Preferences
Select Internet Properties (WWW)
Select the Security tab
Select Internet
Click Custom Level
Select Cookies
Click the Enable radio button
Click the OK button to accept the values of the settings dialogue
Click OK to save the Internet Options settings
Click the Refresh button on your browser
