Terms and Conditions

Registration on our site constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the following:

1)  You may have only one account.

2)  Points have no cash value, and are:

A.      Non-transferable (except at our discretion);

B.      Earned when items you ship arrive at their intended destination;

C.      Redeemed immediately when items are shipped to you; and

D.     Non refundable (including point purchases).

3)   When you ship items, we will provide you with postage that you can download and print from our site. Once the postage is provided, it must be used within 48 hours (or the next business day after weekends, holidays, or other post office closures) or you will be charged $4.49 for the postage you requested but you did not use. If you cannot ship for any reason, for example, your printer is not working, your book is not up to standards, your DVD is scratched, an item was chewed up by your puppy, etc, then let us know within 48 hours and the shipment will be canceled at no expense to you.

4)   Only media may be included in packages you ship. This means books, DVDs, CDs, video games, etc.

5)   Mail fraud or misuse of the postage we provide is a federal offense. Any indications of misuse or fraud will be turned over to the U.S. Postal Service.

6)   You authorize us to obtain credit card authorizations both during your registration and before shipping to you.

7)   You agree to pay us $4.49 for each item shipped to you.

8)   If you get an item in bad shape let us know within 7 days, we will provide credit.

9)   Any taxes associated with using our site are your responsibility.

10)  You may cancel your account anytime.

11) Your account may be canceled by us if you do not respond to requests for your items; or if you ship items that several others complain about; or for any reason at our discretion.

12) If your account is canceled or suspended for any reason, you are still responsible for the shipping charges for any items that have already been mailed to you.

13) If you fail to pay us for any items you’ve ordered, then your debt may be turned over to a collections agency. In addition to any fees owed us, you agree to pay the collections agency any fees they would like to assess for their service, up to $50.

14)  If you cancel your account, or we cancel or suspend your account, then any points you have accumulated will be lost.

15) Our offering is governed by the laws of the State of New York. You agree that any dispute or claim will be settled by binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16) These Terms and Conditions can be revised at any time, without notice except by the posting of such changes our website.

Privacy Policy 

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We will not rent or sell your personal information. We will not send you spam. Industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption is used on all web pages where personal information is required. Additionally, we protect your personal information with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
